These terms govern use of CheckMeIn. By creating a business account or using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.

Business responsibilities

Businesses are responsible for account security, authorized staff access, lawful collection of customer information, and an appropriate data retention policy. Do not use CheckMeIn for emergencies or sensitive medical details.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, probe its security, interfere with availability, submit unlawful content, or access information belonging to another business.

Availability

We work to keep CheckMeIn reliable, but the service is provided as available. Features may change as the service improves.
